The daily meditation book Living Life Inside Out is available now.

The daily meditations found in Living Life Inside Out can help anyone who hasn’t mastered living life to the fullest.

Whether you’re overcoming an addiction, have experienced a breakup, divorce, or death of a loved one, or you’re simply trying to find more self-love and self-esteem, her heartfelt meditations can guide you through the year and give you strength and courage to face whatever comes your way.

Each meditation is in some way based on her struggles as she shares the wisdom gained through facing her challenges.

The following comments were received on the book’s blog as it was being written. There were other comments on the various blog posts, but these are a few of the posts that happened to be saved on the About page and offer a glimpse into the lives that have been touched by the heartfelt sharing of Barb Kampbell in Living Life Inside Out.

Dear Barb,
I just wanted to give you a big hug and to offer my thanks for sharing.
Namaste,
Brit

Barb,
I discovered this site by accident and started reading it and to my amazement, I felt rejuvenated and that ahh,ha..moment occured.
I find the work you do incredible.
Thank you for your contributions to society. You have enabled me to help myself, thus help those in my life.
Thank you,
Loving Me

Barb,
I’ve gone through some very difficult times in the past year. Although I usually try to remain positive, your blog has been a huge bright spot in my day!
I found you by accident! As I was attempting to have a “pity party,” each one of your categories spoke to me! Thank you so much! You are an ANGEL!
Your loyal fan,
Natalie

Barb,
I stumbled onto your site today….looking for these sort of ‘answers,’ observations really. I am hooked!
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts.
Dale (Australia)

I’m 19 and stumbled upon your site after I lost 2 friends of mine, you have helped more than you will ever know.

This next comment is from an avid reader of the LivingLifeInsideOut.com blog which Barb posted each time she wrote an entry for the book. She asked on the blog if some of those who’d read and commented on it would offer a another to let people know about the book. Here’s the first one received:

Your blog was a lifesaver for me when I was in incredible emotional pain.
Each time I would see a new post, I’d read it and feel a moment of comfort, a moment of insight, a moment of gentle wisdom.
And each post seemed to speak exactly to what I needed to hear/learn/know most that day.
Your words were a healing bridge for me, and sometimes all I was able to feel that was positive, when the rest of the world seemed so bleak and I couldn’t understand life.
I needed you – the blog – and it was there, consistently, my light in the darkness, until the darkness gradually grew lighter and lighter. And then I could venture out emotionally and intellectually and find others who also offered new keys to awareness, while still returning to you here for the food thought that you offered so generously.
You were my sponsor of sorts, although at the time I did not understand that I was an addict. Thank you for helping me change my life, even if you never knew your words were doing it, you were, and I am grateful.
When I think back to all of the people – and blogs – that were the keys to my eventual success and stability – you were one of the first building blocks in that pyramid of self-esteem and self-respect that comes with facing truth, admitting fact, seeing clearly, and making the changes you need to have a contented and healthy life.
*blessings* to you Barb. May your wise clarity and the goodness that comes as a result of hearing it be returned to you 1,000 fold.
Loving Annie
